Osborne Clarke has advised the online services firm, Zeuz on a EUR 3 million financing by Vito Ventures and Holtzbrinck Ventures. The investment is intended to expand the Munich-based company's product line and open up new platforms.
Zeuz emerged from GPortal, a consumer company that provided servers for online games. The new brand was founded in 2017 and focuses on the provision of multiplayer servers for gaming companies.
An Osborne Clarke team led by corporate and venture capital Partner Nicolas Gabrysch advised Zeuz on the investment. The team also included Philipp Meichssner (Corporate) and Konstantin Ewald (IT).
