Osborne Clarke advises Ticketer on FARA acquisition

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Ticketer on its acquisition of the Nordics' leading bus ticketing company, FARA.

Ticketer, backed by long-standing client and UK lower mid-market investor, Tenzing Private Equity, is the UK's leading provider of bus ticketing technology. This acquisition will increase Ticketer's product portfolio and strengthen its expansion into mainland Europe.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Private Equity Partner Alistair Francis and included Associate Director Sarah Crabtree, Associate Charles Sunley and Client Relationship Partner Tim Hewens. Partner David Nisbet and Senior Associate Luolan Dong advised on tax structuring and Partners Hugh Jones and Max Millington, Senior Associate Monika Gajic and Associate Tibor Korman advised on banking matters.

Osborne Clarke previously advised Tenzing on its investment into Ticketer in October 2018.
