International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised The Trade Desk on a major pre-letting agreement for One Bartholomew Close, a new, high-quality office building in Farringdon London.

Under the agreement, The Trade Desk, a global technology company that empowers buyers of advertising, will occupy just over a quarter of the letting space in the building.

One Bartholomew is a 12 storey, 213,126 sq. ft. development by Helical and Ashby Capital. Situated between Farringdon and St Paul's underground stations, One Bartholomew is part of the mixed-use Barts Square Estate development.
