International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of Mountain Healthcare, a dedicated provider of Sexual Assault Referral Services and Police Custodial Healthcare, on its buy out by Literacy Capital PLC.
Mountain Healthcare is headquartered in Finchingfield and employs around 350 members of staff.
The Osborne Clarke team was led by Private Equity Partner Tim Hewens. Tim was assisted by Senior Associate Sarah Crabtree and Associate Seamus McKimm from the private equity team together with Banking Senior Associate Daniel Barnhouse and Employment Partner Julian Hemming and Associate Lara Flynn.
