International legal practice Osborne Clarke is advising FRP Advisory partners Tony Wright, Alastair Massey and Phil Pierce as administrators of women's high street fashion retailer Bonmarché. 

Will Gunston, restructuring and insolvency partner, is leading the Osborne Clarke team in connection with Bonmarché' s continued trading. It is hoped that the business will be sold as a going concern. The Wakefield-based business employs c. 2,900 people, including 200 staff at its head office, and trades through 318 stores across the UK.
