Osborne Clarke has advised EQT Ventures on its investment in philandro Holding GmbH.
EQT Ventures is the EUR 566 million venture capital arm of the global private equity group, EQT. EQT Ventures invests in fast-growing and tech-enabled companies supporting them throughout different stages of growth.
Stuttgart-based software company philandro has developed the remote maintenance software, AnyDesk which is distributed by AnyDesk GmbH. The remote desktop system enables a time-and location-independent access to data, photos, videos and applications.
The international Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Corporate Partners Matthias Elser (Munich) and Mikael Moreira (Stockholm).
