International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Canaccord Genuity Limited, finnCap Ltd and Cenkos Securities plc on the successful £35 million AIM market secondary fundraise for Seeing Machines Limited, an industry leader in computer vision technologies which enable machines to see, understand and assist people.
The secondary fundraise was by way of a placing with institutional investors using an accelerated bookbuild and by direct subscription. In addition, the Company will provide an opportunity for certain existing shareholders to subscribe for further shares.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Rebecca Gordon who was assisted by Associate Stuart Miller.
