International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised BGF, the UK's most active investor in growing companies, on its multi-million pound investment into two niche law firms, Equilaw and Thomas Legal, to support business growth.
Equilaw is the UK's only dedicated equity release legal advisor. Thomas Legal provides high-end conveyancing services predominantly in the South West and London.
