International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Avia Solutions Group, an aviation holding group, on its acquisition of Chapman Freeborn Group, a UK headquartered global aircraft charter broker engaged in aircraft maintenance, pilot training, ground handling and fuelling, aviation IT solutions and business aviation.

The Osborne Clarke team, who advised Avia Solutions Group on the transaction, was led by Edward Persse, supported by Will Carlyle and Jonny Murphy.
