Ambienta is the largest European private equity fund specialising in environmental investments, while its portfolio company IPC is the number three player in the European professional cleaning market. Its proposed acquisition of Vaclensa, one of the UK’s largest independent distributors of professional cleaning machines, will enable IPC to consolidate its prominent position in Europe.
