Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands has advised one of its clients on obtaining acquisition financing from Postbank (a branch of DB Privat- and Firmenkundenbank AG) in connection with the acquisition of the Amsterdam City Harbour Hotel.
The hotel consists of 246 hotel rooms which are part of the NOVUM Hotel Group, around 85 serviced apartments which are let by Yays and a harbour with around 200 berths managed by Port Entrepot.
