OC advises General Atlantic on IT, IP and data protection law regarding strategic partnership with ControlExpert

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised General Atlantic on IT, IP and data protection related aspects of its strategic partnership with ControlExpert GmbH. General Atlantic will, amongst others, strategically support the company’s growth across the global markets.

Founded in 2002, ControlExpert provides services that streamline various elements of the claims management process. The company facilitates the communication among all participants in the claims settlement process and enables a more cost and time-efficient processing of claim expenses.

The Osborne Clarke team advising General Atlantic on all IT, IP, commercial law and data protection related aspects was led by IT partner Konstantin Ewald.
