Wjatscheslav Anissimov advises corporates and high net worth individuals on national and international tax law.
He focusses on developing and implementing asset and income structures optimised in respect to tax, corporate and inheritance law, including succession planning. This also comprises the development and application of capital market products, especially by using investment funds.
Wjatscheslav has broad experience in advising on complex restructurings and cross-border transactions. His focus is particularly on business succession and estate planning.
He studied law in Marburg as well economics in St. Petersburg and Oldenburg. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he was working for the University of Marburg and for leading international law firms in Frankfurt. Wjatscheslav is co-author of the commentaries „Lademann – Income Tax Act“, „Lademann – Corporate Tax Act“ and „Lademann – Transformation Tax Act“ as well as author of publications in law and tax journals.
