Tibor is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group. He advises in relation to debt and corporate restructurings, contingency planning, and distressed disposals and acquisitions.
Tibor started his career as a solicitor in Osborne Clarke's banking team in London where he advised clearing banks, challenger banks, alternative lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on transactions ranging from venture debt to leveraged finance.
Tibor's recent assignments have included pre-packaged administration sales of a national windows and doors manufacturer, and a gym franchising business. He has also been involved in a complex orderly wind-down of a leading Fintech company.
Tibor qualified as a solicitor in September 2018 having trained at Osborne Clarke in London. He gained his LL.B. (Hons) (English and European Law) at Queen Mary, University of London, and LL.M. (Corporate Law) at the London School of Economics.
