Susanna Lorenz advises both national and international clients on individual and collective employment law. 

Her expertise covers the drafting of employee contracts, restructurings, and questions of co-determination.

Susanna studied law in Munich and Lisbon. 

During her studies, she worked in a start-up in Munich. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as a lawyer in an international law firm focusing on dispute resolution.

Susanna joined Osborne Clarke in 2022 and advises both international corporations and start-ups.
