Stefano heads the employment practice across Osborne Clarke's Italian offices. He provides legal advice on Human Resources Management, issues related to M&A corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganisation of companies, dealing with labour and trade union aspects.

He has consolidated experience in day-by-day assistance and in litigation matters, supporting Italian and international clients in the management of issues such as individual and collective dismissals, international secondments, contracts (relating to subordinate and independent employment relationships, including agency contracts with particular focus on the independent financial advisors’ sector) and outsourcing processes. He also has specific skills in the management of issues related to top managers involved in extraordinary transactions.

Before joining Osborne Clarke he worked for leading Italian firms.
