Stefano Guerreschi

Stefano brings together his specialised knowledge of taxation with a strategic vision for the development of business, qualities thanks to which he advises clients in their growth plans and has consolidated the Italian tax advisory team.
He is Head of the Italian Tax team and a chartered accountant, whose focus lies on corporate and tax matters, for medium-sized Italian businesses.
He assists international clients on M&A transactions, ensuring the tax and business efficiency of the structure of their investments. He also advises Italian clients in their plans for international development and expansion. His work also include tax litigation matters.
During his professional career, Stefano has been senior partner at EY law firm, overseeing development of the middle market in two of the most industrialised areas in the Northeast of Italy.

Advised on the acquisition of the controlling majority in GD (Mex) and GDI (USA), a US-Mexican group of companies specialized in the cutting and upholstering of the wheels for the automotive segment.
Advised the client, a global leader in the production of fluorinated and technical polymers, on its sale to Daikin Industries Ltd of its entire share capital.
