Simon is a commercial lawyer in Osborne Clarkes’ London Office and advises clients on a wide range of commercial, outsourcing and IT/technology matters.

He has experience of advising a range of clients from start-ups to FTSE 100 and AIM listed clients on varied issues, from strategic outsourcings and managed services to day to day commercial contracts. Simon also advises on data protection, software and technology licensing and the supply and distribution of goods and services and manufacturing arrangements.

Since joining OC, Simon has spent time on secondment to the Technology Contracting Team at KPMG LLP and the Enterprise Legal Team at Vodafone Global Enterprise Limited. Whist at his previous firm, Simon was also seconded to the renewable energy division of E.ON in Germany and to a global fashion retailor and a government agency.

Simon joined Osborne Clarke in July 2015, having trained and qualified (in March 2012) at Stephenson Harwood LLP.
