Santiago joined Osborne Clarke in September 2021, and has been a member of the Corporate Law department since.

His professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and on general advice to companies in the field of Corporate Law.  He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, after completing part of his studies at the University of Technology Sydney. Subsequently, he studied the Double Master's in Legal Practice and International Business Law (LLM) at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona.  

Santiago is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
