Romy van Limpt

Romy is an Associate in the TMC team (technology, media and communications) in Amsterdam and focuses on digital media, data protection, cyber security and e-commerce.
She has particular experience with advising national and international clients on all areas of privacy and data protection, including international data transfer solutions, data security breaches, data protection compliance and direct marketing. She also assists clients on issues in the field of e-commerce, consumer protection, advertising and media law.
Romy joined Osborne Clarke in 2019 after graduating from Tilburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch Law and a Master's Degree in Law & Technology, with a specific focus on data protection law.
