Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the restructuring & insolvency team at Osborne Clarke. She trained at Gateleys and qualified in 2013 before joining Osborne Clarke in January 2016.
Rebecca’s main emphasis is on non-contentious transactional and restructuring work. As well as advising several of the main banks and other financial institutions, she has advised investors, companies/directors, insolvency practitioners and creditors in relation to restructurings, security enforcement and distressed acquisitions and disposals.
Some of the more interesting transactions Rebecca has worked on include the restructuring of a private hospital put into emergency measures by the CQC and the sale of an aviation museum, a leisure park and a specialist laser eye surgery unit. She has also advised a private investor on its extensive loan portfolio and the provision of a bridging loan facility to various property developers.
Going forwards, Rebecca hopes to gain experience in a broader range of areas and to continue to expand on her experience as she progresses her career at Osborne Clarke.
