Rachel is a Senior Associate (Solicitor-Advocate) in Osborne Clarke's international dispute resolution team. She is based in the firm's New York office and has represented major national and international companies and individuals on a wide range of complex cross-border and domestic business disputes.
Rachel supports US headquartered and international companies in the time zone, assisting them with English legal advice and support outside of the US, and supporting with their broader international legal needs. She also works closely alongside Osborne Clarke colleagues and local counsel to coordinate cross-border mandates and to support clients with their international growth.
Rachel is an English qualified lawyer with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil Courts) and has experience of litigating in the English High Court and the Court of Appeal as well as handling arbitrations, mediations and investigations and providing pre-action and disputes risk advice. She also has in-house experience, having spent six months on secondment to Vodafone Group's litigation team in 2019-20. Her experience spans a broad range of industry sectors including, in particular, technology, media and communications and financial services.
Rachel joined Osborne Clarke in December 2018, having qualified in 2015.
