Prianca is a Senior Associate in our Employment team. She advises on a range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee severances, restrictive covenants, redundancies, TUPE, contracts and handbook policies and various employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures. She has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation.Prianca joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2012 and qualified into our Employment team in 2014.
