Nitusha has developed a solid expertise in public law and in particular in public business law.
She advises and litigates for French and foreign clients in the fields of public business law, particularly in the areas of public contracts (public procurement, concessions, PPP), public property and land occupancy.
Her expertise also covers urban planning, environment and regulatory law.
She advises private operators in their activities and their relations with public entities.
Nitusha holds a Master’s 1 Degree in Public Law (University Rennes I, 2017) and a Master's 2 in Public Law (University Rennes I, 2018).
She joined Osborne Clarke in January 2020 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2021.
Nitusha is a member of the Force Juridique de la Fondation des Femmes, which brings together volunteer lawyers and legal professionals to provide legal support in the service of women's rights.
