Nina is an Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Singapore office.
Nina advises clients on the legal implications in the digitisation of businesses, including new payment systems, e-commerce, software and content licensing and delivery (including Software-as-a-Service arrangements), and the use of employee tracking devices. Payment systems that she advises on include e-money, e-wallets, payment using mobile devices, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrency or blockchain. Nina advises on issues including data protection, employment, consumer protection, and advice relating to the Payment Services Act and the Securities and Futures Act. Nina’s clients are established businesses and start-up companies, including major technology companies, banks, FinTech companies, and telecommunications companies.
Nina was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore in 2017. Nina previously practised law in tax, funds, and asset-restructuring in the context of ultra-high net worth private clients. Nina worked in the educational sector prior to joining the legal profession.
