Nina focuses on optimising succession planning in respect to tax, corporate, and inheritance law. She also focuses on developing and implementing asset and income structures that are optimised in relation to income tax.

She is regularly entrusted with the design of individually developed strategies for her client’s tax structure in relation to their income situation – both for private individuals as well as national and international companies. An essential part of her work is the associated drafting of contracts in order to implement the structural concept.

Nina completed her law studies with a focus on tax and accounting law at the University of Cologne. In the course of her studies, she worked, among others, at an international auditing firm, as well as with the German fiscal authorities and at a large international law firm. Nina completed her legal traineeship at the Aachen Regional Court with postings which included the Federal Central Tax Office and Osborne Clarke.

Nina joined Osborne Clarke as a lawyer in 2012.
