Niklas Simon advises and represents clients in civil and commercial disputes.
He focuses on international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation including both contractual matters and tort actions.
Niklas studied law in Mannheim and Bergen, Norway. During his legal traineeship, he worked at the German Federal Foreign Office and at a governmental organisation in Kampala, Uganda. He was admitted to the bar in February 2020 and has since been working as an Associate at Osborne Clarke.
