Myrthe is a lawyer specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. She has a wide range of experience in litigating and advising in relation to commercial disputes.
Before joining Osborne Clarke Myrthe started her career at a Dutch law firm, gaining expertise in commercial litigation, banking and finance litigation and advising on all sorts of matters related to commercial contracts. She has acted for a wide variety of corporate entities from various industry sectors, such as financial institutions, suppliers of technology and suppliers in the food processing industry. She has also represented Dutch local public authorities in legal proceedings involving commercial disputes.
Myrthe studied law in Utrecht and Nottingham. She also completed the post-academic course in banking & finance at the Grotius Academy cum laude.
