

Monika specializes in IP law. She advises on the protection of all types of intellectual property rights, legal aspects of IT, as well as on data and privacy protection.
Monika has nearly a decade of experience in advising on IP and IT issues, personal data protection and corporate law. She has participated in many M&A projects concerning companies from the entertainment/media, IT and FMCG sector, among others.
She focuses on design protection, copyright and know-how, with a particular emphasis on trademarks.
Monika has been recognised in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions of the World Trademark Review (WTR 1000) - The World's Leading Trademark Professionals ranking.
She is a member of professional international organisations, including the WIPO List of Neutrals (Arbitration and Mediation Center), and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
Monika is also an author of a number of publications on IP law and data protection, and a lecturer at many professional conferences such as INTA and the AIPPI Congress.
