Mateusz advises on PV and wind farm acquisition and infrastructure projects. He coordinates audits for companies in the fuel industry. He actively participates in the work of industry organisations related to the development of electromobility and alternative fuels in Poland.
Mateusz also deals with corporate services for companies, due diligence of companies, and their share-deal transactions.
