Dr Martina Maiorino is responsible for the Legal Tech division in Osborne Clarke's Corporate Team. She advises German and international companies and financial investors on all matters of corporate law, company transactions and financing.

In the area of Legal Tech, she is particularly focused on the development of new digital legal products for clients to be able to support clients in an optimised way.

She has supported numerous national and international M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, financing measures and has worked on private placements with offshore hedge funds. Martina’s clients include large national and international companies, banks, and mid-sized firms.

Martina studied in Bonn and Cologne, completed her doctorate in Cologne and qualified as a lawyer in 2005.

She received her LL. M. in Corporate, Banking & Finance from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 2009.

She started her professional career in 2005 with leading international law firms in Frankfurt and worked from 2007 until 2009 for a renowned Wall Street law firm in New York City. She joined Osborne Clarke in June 2009.
