Within the venture capital space, he advises on funding rounds ranging from start-up and seed rounds through to major institutional rounds. His general corporate work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Magnus has experience working with companies, management teams, academic institutions and investors, and specialises in advising early stage, high growth businesses in the technology and life sciences sectors.
