Lylia is an associate in the IP, IT, Commercial department of Obsorne Clarke’s Paris Office.
Lylia mainly assists clients in drafting and negotiating IT and commercial contracts in various sectors and also has comprehensive experience in intellectual property and data protection matters.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Lylia has worked in a French law firm and a French boutique law firm both recognized in the IP/IT/Data field.
Lylia is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a Master II degree in private international law and international commercial law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a Master II degree in business law (DJCE), coupled with a certificate in IP/IT law, from the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
Lylia won as a team the 8th edition of the international competition of francophone mediation of the Center for mediation and arbitration of Paris (CMAP).
