Lucy is an Associate in the Project Finance team specialising in debt finance for energy and infrastructure projects.

Lucy acts for funders, sponsors and borrowers in the renewables sector advising on the financing of energy generation projects including wind, solar, battery storage, hydro and anaerobic digestion. 

Her recent experience includes acting lender side on the financing of 7 hydroelectric power projects located across England and Scotland, a £30m financing of a portfolio of ground mounted solar projects, advising lender side on a portfolio of gas peaker plants and acting for BayernLB on the refinancing of a large portfolio of UK and Irish onshore wind assets. Lucy also has experience acting for lenders and borrowers on real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance deals.

Lucy joined Osborne Clarke in 2017, completed her training contract with the firm and then qualified into the Project Finance team in March 2020.

advised Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) on a new debt facility, which has enabled the Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP) to complete a £86 million long-term refinancing for a 32MW portfolio of onshore wind assets, read more.
