Lucille Detwiler is a Senior Associate in the Paris office of Osborne Clarke. Her practice focuses primarily on all aspects of employment law.


She advises the Management and / or HR team of companies of all nationalities and sizes in connection with individual and collective employment matters  such as implementing hiring or termination process, settlement discussions, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, relationships with employees’ representative bodies and social aspects of corporate restructuring (social plan, transfer of employees, due diligence etc.).


She also assists clients on litigations matters and notably had the opportunity to deal with mass disputes related to co-employment and unequal treatments issues before Labor Courts.


She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012 and is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Master in Employment law, 2010) and the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (Master in employment law 2009).


Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Lucille Detwiler has worked in the employment law team of August & Debouzy, FieldFisher and Melville Avocats.
