Laura is an IP/IT/Commercial Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.
She advises clients on a wide range of commercial, distribution and consumer issues. She regularly negotiates and drafts commercial contracts, and particularly distribution contracts. In addition, she is involved in product regulations matters.
She also assists clients in commercial disputes and litigations.
Laura has joined Osborne Clarke in January 2019 and was admitted at the Paris bar in January 2020.
She holds a Master 2/MBA double degree in Business Law and Management from Paris II – Panthéon Assas University.
