Laura is an experienced litigation lawyer with expertise in the real estate and retail sectors.

She acts for a wide variety of leading clients on all aspects of transactional real estate work including retail and office development projects as well as the letting and leasing of commercial and retail premises, and residential dwellings. She also advises on compulsory purchases, advising both during the phase identifying the appropriate payment and in any subsequent litigation.

Within the retail sector, she has accrued considerable experience in relation to compliance regulations and disposal rules as they relate to product packcaging – and in particular food and beverages – as well as the Single Use Plastics and the Italian MOCA (materials in contact with food products) rules.

Laura also has a particular interest in the niche area of artificial intelligence in the automotive sector and is the author of various articles relating to the possibility of attributing legal identity and liability to boots.
