Kayla advises on a range of commercial and corporate issues including digital content, marketing, data protection and venture capital, technology transactions and employment matters.

She acts for national and international clients, mainly including venture capital funds, technology companies, international corporates and emerging tech companies in a range of different sectors.

Kayla graduated from Stockholm University in 2020 earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. She has also studied at University of Bologna, Italy. Kayla joined the firm during March 2021.
