Katrin Schröder advises companies on all questions of insolvency law as well as in the area of restructuring/M&A.
She specialises in advising insolvency administrators, investors, creditors and managing directors in all areas of insolvency law (including adjacent areas of company law, tax and labour law). In addition, she has many years of experience in self-administration proceedings for the purpose of restructuring through insolvency plan proceedings (ESUG).
She has represented numerous clients in large insolvency proceedings in self-administration or ordinary insolvency proceedings in connection with the preparation of insolvency plans, the admission of new shareholders and company sales. Her clients include a number of large companies in various industries.
Katrin Schröder studied law in Berlin and Heidelberg. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, she worked at two leading German law firms with a focus on insolvency law and restructuring/M&A.
