Katharina advises national and international companies on preparing and conducting restructuring, outsourcing, and HR change measures.
She also provides regularly advice on current topics in individual and collective employment law such as establishing and ending employment and service contract relationships, co-determination within companies and foreign HR deployment.
A particular focus is the development of concepts for introducing and using IT (performance management systems, mobile devices, cloud computing) in companies with special consideration of the works council’s co-determination rights, employee data protection and matters relating to the organisation of working times.
She has particular expertise in retail (e-commerce as well as stationary sales).
Katharina supports her clients in enforcing their interests in court as well as defending them against unjustified claims.
During her postgraduate studies in Economic Law, Katharina gained expertise in international commercial law.
After the postgraduate degree course, she completed her legal traineeship at several law firms, including an international commercial law firm in South-East Asia (Singapore).
Katharina is a member of the German Bar Associations’s Working Group Employment Law as well as BITKOM’s Social Media working group.
