Competitor

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

The real estate industry moves between the poles of urban renewal, land consumption, energy efficiency, cost pressure, building culture, sustainability, financing requirements and decarbonization. Major construction projects demand top performance from all those involved - often over many years of planning and construction. Balancing the complex requirements of the market, politics, financiers, the citizens involved and the legal framework in the best possible way is what makes project development so appealing to me.

Thanks to my decades of expertise in this sector, I have valuable experience that I can apply profitably. My principles are efficiency, a 360 degree perspective, progressiveness and teamwork.

For years our closest advisor. Her hanseatic understatement, coupled with special knowledge, has helped us a lot in many negotiations.
