Karoline advises French and foreign companies in all matters relating to individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on cross-border projects.
With her experiences in international legal environments, Karoline is in particular specialised in international mobility and contracts as well as multi-country projects such as workforce restructurings.
Further, her practice focuses on new forms of work related issues, such as platform workers and the legal implementation of innovative employment management schemes (remote work, flexible holiday policies, etc.).
Karoline studied law in Ratisbonne, Lausanne and Paris. She started her career in 2012 at the Osborne Clarke office in Munich before moving to Paris in 2016. After first experiences in two different French law firms, she joined the Osborne Clarke Paris office in 2020.
