Isobel is an Associate in our Employment team.

She provides practical and commercial advice on matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, breach of contract, discrimination, disciplinary issues, grievances and TUPE. She also drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, handbooks, policies and settlement agreements. In addition Isobel also provides advice and due diligence on employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions and has experience of employment matters that arise in partnership/LLP settings. Isobel is a member of OC's sector groups for Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, and Real Estate.

Isobel joined Osborne Clarke as a qualified solicitor in 2018 having trained at another city law firm and spent time on secondment at a FTSE 100 company. Isobel is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
