Isabelle is an Associate in Osborne Clarke’s IP/IT/commercial team. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial, distribution, consumer and advertising issues. She also assists clients in commercial disputes and litigations.

In addition, she regularly drafts and negotiates both commercial and industrial contracts. She is also often involved in regulatory issues including product regulations and product liability.

Much of Isabelle’s work lies with clients in the Retail, Tech, Media and Comms and Life Sciences sectors.

Isabelle joined Osborne Clarke in January 2014, having previously spent three years at de Gaulle Fleurance and another French law firm. During that time Isabelle spent significant time being on virtual secondment to the legal Retail and Consumer businesses teams at Microsoft EMEA.

Isabelle holds a LLM in International Law and World Order (University of Reading, UK – 2006), a bilingual Masters in European Law (Université Paris X – 2006), and a Masters in International and European Law (University of Paris X – 2005).

Isabelle regularly contributes to the Competition Law Update, the European Games Law Update and the Marketing Law blog.
