Isabel Altmeyer advises national and international companies from various sectors, in particular the automotive and transport industries, the retail industry and technology sector, on all questions of intellectual property.

Her practice focuses on design, trademark, copyright and competition law. She accompanies her clients from the development of a suitable and effective filing strategy through the implementation and coordination of worldwide IP applications to the maintenance and enforcement of rights through dispute resolution and litigation.

Her further focus is on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, such as license, IT or cooperation agreements. Due to several secondments with internationally operating companies, she has relevant in-house experience.

Isabel Altmeyer studied in Munich, Speyer and Paris. After completing her doctorate on a patent law topic, she joined Osborne Clarke in 2011.
