Helena specialises in renewable energy, flexibility and aggregation of demand, self-consumption, electromobility and, in general, in the process of decarbonisation of the economy providing advice to domestic and foreign companies for the development of their projects.
She also provides advice on Public Law and Regulated Sectors to developers, banks and investors on regulatory issues, project development and transactions in the aforementioned sectors.
Helena has experience in administrative, contentious-administrative and arbitration proceedings in various sectors (e.g. public procurement, environment, PLAs, water, competition). She has also performed functions in the field of International and Institutional Relations.
Graduated in Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid, she also completed a Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law, along with a Master’s Degree in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations at the same University.
Helena began her career as a corporate legal advisor, specialising in the energy sector, both from a legal and strategic point of view. In 2017 she joined CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, as a Lawyer in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors Department and later continued her career in GTA Villamagna Abogados. In October 2019 she joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate Lawyer in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department.
She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association) and is a member of several associations related to the field of energy, such as AEDEN, AEMENER and the ENERCLUB Youth Network. She is also a member of the board of directors of Club Siglo XXI.
