Grégoire is an IT/commercial senior associate in Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.
He mainly assists clients in drafting and negotiating IT and commercial contracts and also has comprehensive experience on all matters related to data protection and privacy.
The scope of his work includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of domestic and cross-border contracts (licensing, software integration, outsourcing, hosting services, managed services, cloud computing etc.) for both IT services providers and business users from start-ups to multinational companies.
Grégoire is seasoned on most matters related to data protection and he regularly advises clients on compliance projects with the GDPR and French data protection law, international transfers of data, data protection notifications and the implementation of whistleblowing systems.
Grégoire has also developed an expertise on e-commerce issues, electronic signatures and employees’ cyber-surveillance within the company.
Grégoire was admitted to the Paris bar in 2012 and has joined Osborne Clarke’s Paris office as an associate in the IP/IT/commercial team in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, he graduated with a Master 2 degree in general private law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris I) and a Master 2 degree in IT and multimedia law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). He also completed an LL.M at Northwestern University (Chicago, IL).
Grégoire is a lecturer in IT contracts at HEAD law school in Paris (Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit).
