Ghazale advises clients on all aspects of German and EU competition law.
She represents clients in national and multinational merger control proceedings, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission, the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and before courts. She also advises on the admissibility and design of distribution and cooperation agreements and has experience in the implementation of antitrust compliance programs.
Ghazale acts for domestic and multinational clients from a broad range of industries and sectors, including the automotive, telecommunications, logistics, finance and travel sectors.
After her studies in Cologne and Brussels (LL.M.), Ghazale specialized in competition law during her legal training with stages at the German Federal Cartel Office and international law firms in Cologne, Dusseldorf and New York. She began her career in the competition law department of an international law firm in Dusseldorf in 2013. Ghazale joined Osborne Clarke in 2016.
Ghazale is a member of the German Association of Antitrust Lawyers (Studenvereinigung Kartellrecht) and of the German-Iranian Law Association (Deutsch-Iranische Juristenvereinigung).
