Gaspard is an IP/IT Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.
He specialises in intellectual property (IP), media and internet law.
Gaspard regularly advises French and international clients on the protection, administration and defence of their copyrights, trademarks and patents.
His work includes management of IP litigation proceedings, as well as drafting/negotiation of IP contracts (licenses, assignments, coexistence agreement, R&D agreements, NDAs, etc.).
He also advises clients on advertising and marketing issues, reviewing for instance ad campaigns or packaging to make sure they comply with regulations.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Gaspard worked three years as an associate in the IP/IT team of international law firm DLA Piper, in Paris.
Gaspard is a member of the Paris bar since January 2016.
He holds a Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nantes, a bilingual Master 2 degree in International Law from the University of Paris Ouest – Nanterre, and an LL.M in International Law from the Washington D.C. College of Law.
