Francisco joined Osborne Clarke in 2018, after having completed a joint degree in Economics & Law. Such studies have made Francisco aware of companies’ problems so now he focuses on how to solve them.

Francisco deals with all kinds of corporate operations, from drafting bylaws and founding companies, to complex M&A operations.

He has advised high-profile companies within the Life Sciences and Healthcare market and within the Transport market. He has also been in charge of advising on legal and corporate matters in real estate operations.
